Requesting a refund

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact twa@tet-edu.com with your TWA order reference and the team will confirm the available options.

Processing

Approved online refunds are returned through Stripe. Approved offline refunds are arranged directly by the TWA team. Any required Xero credit note is issued after approval.
